October 12, 2015.......Steelers trail Chargers 20-17 with ball on San Diego 1-yard line and 5 seconds left.........running back Le'Veon Bell lines up about 5 yards directly behind center with quarterback Mike Vick lined up at receiver position........the so-called "wildcat" formation........Bell takes the snap and is able to get into the end zone despite being slowed at the two yard line.........Steelers win 24-20.......there was what was termed a "significant clock error" that preceded Pittsburgh's final march.......this error was to San Diego's favor, Steelers winning in spite of it...........On October 10----also the second week in the same month-----in 1993---the Los Angeles Raiders trailed the New York Jets 20-17 with the ball on the Jets one yard line, 7 seconds left and the clock running with zero timeouts....running back....Nick Bell scored to give Raiders 24-20 victory........there was a significant clock error leading up to that play, one that was very favorable to the Raiders..........CONTINUED..........
